Here are 12 steps to consider in Pastoral support.

1.    Understand the Pastor as a person.

2.    Understand his family both as individuals and as a unit.

3.    Understand the Pastor’s vision - you do not have to like it, just understand it!

4.    Develop reasons to personally like the Pastor.
